Website enquiries are handled through Chung Kwun F. S. Eng. Co. Limited and the Chung Kwun Cypress group service workflow. What we collect
Depending on the form, we may collect your name, organisation, email, telephone number, site address, requested service, project details, preferred date, files you choose to provide, chat messages and an enquiry reference. We also collect limited landing-page, campaign, medium and referrer-host information for service and marketing analysis.
Purposes and required fields
We use the data to respond to enquiries, assess works, prepare quotations, arrange service, keep project and safety records, prevent abuse, support customer service and measure which public pages lead to genuine enquiries. Fields marked required are needed to process the request; other fields are voluntary.
Service providers and automated processing
Data may be processed by hosting, analytics, email, database, file-storage, security and communications providers acting for us. Submitted enquiry text may be processed by automated or AI-assisted tools to classify and route the request; staff remain responsible for commercial, safety and approval decisions.
Cookies, analytics and chat
The public site may use a language-preference cookie, a public-chat session identifier and Vercel Analytics. Analytics and marketing events are designed not to include names, telephone numbers, email addresses, full addresses, enquiry references or free text.
Retention, security and disclosure
We retain data only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes, legal, safety, contractual and record-keeping requirements. We apply access controls and other reasonable safeguards. We do not publish enquiry data and disclose it only where needed for the service, with your authority, or where required by law.
