PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Fire system maintenance and annual contracts
We plan maintenance around the equipment, premises and management needs, recording inspections, tests and defect follow-up so annual work and budgets are easier to manage.
When this service may fit
- Starting or reviewing an annual maintenance contract
- Several fire systems are handled by fragmented suppliers
- Recurring faults without a complete service history
- Management needs scheduled reports and expiry reminders
What we can handle
- Scheduled inspection, testing and basic adjustment
- Defect lists, risk priorities and repair quotations
- Service reports, photographs and document organisation
- Annual inspection and certificate scheduling
Not included or needs another professional
- Parts and major repairs outside the contract are quoted separately
- Maintenance does not replace the owner's or occupier's routine fire-safety duties
- Attendance and service levels follow the signed contract
How the work proceeds
- 01Confirm the premises, systems and timing
- 02Survey the site and define the scope
- 03Issue a clear quotation with dependencies
- 04Complete the approved works, testing and handover records
Common questions
Does a maintenance contract include every part?
It depends on the accepted scope; routine service, consumables, parts and extra works are stated separately.
Can you take over an existing system?
We can first carry out a baseline survey to confirm equipment, known defects and records.
