Ming Wah and Cypress work only within each company's registered minor-works classes, types and items. Work beyond that scope is identified for the required professionals and approvals.

- Distinguishing exempted, specified minor works and general A&A
What we can handle
- Review site and proposed-work information
- Define work within the company's MWC classes and types
- Coordinate with appointed professionals and other contractors
- Organise work, photographs, testing and completion records
Not included or needs another professional
- MWC registration is not represented as authority for every A&A project
- Larger works may require an AP, RSE, other professionals and prior Buildings Department approval
- Classification and process follow current law and Buildings Department information
